- GENTLE SOMATIC MOVEMENT & MEDITATION: Guiding us deeper into the body, preparing us to receive.
- HEALING SOUNDBATH: Soundbath woven with shamanic journey visualization & Reiki, clearing energetic pathways & aligning us with the season’s renewal.
- JOURNALING & COMMUNITY: Sharing to integrate our dreams, visions, & intentions, while witnessing and being witnessed in sacred space.
- CRAFTING RITUAL: Crafting ritual candles & herb bundles, infusing them with energy of this gathering.
- NOURISHMENT: Throughout the evening, you’ll relish in the nourishment of lite bites and healing elixirs. Optional enhanced experiences by LotusWorks Wellness.
